VINCE AFSAHI, MD, FAAD

A native of Orange County, Dr. Afsahi was educated and trained in Southern California. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of California, Irvine, and completed his extensive medical training at the University of Southern California School of Medicine, from which he graduated with honors. Dr. Afsahi also completed his residency in Dermatology from USC where he had extensive training in skin surgery, laser treatments, and the latest cosmetic procedures.
Dr. Afsahi is a Clinical Instructor of Dermatology at the USC Keck School of Medicine and is actively involved in clinical research involving advances in laser and aesthetic medicine.
He is devoted to educating people on the importance of skin care and continues to stay informed about the latest medical findings and current procedures.
"Skin is the largest organ in the human body," explains Dr. Afsahi, "Yet that simple fact is too often overlooked by many people. I tell all of my patients that a truly healthy body depends on educating yourself about your skin and then following up with good, thorough skin care. Such was my objective when I founded South Coast Dermatology Institute."
